November releases have hit us, and have us reeling from excitement over an Iron Hands codex supplement, a new Warhammer Fantsy Expansion, and more.

Each week, Faeit's Rumor Tarot will take a look at what rumors came up among the myriad of games that were covered here on Faeit 212 to divine the future of what is going on in our hobby. On occasion I will be breaking any weekend developments that were discovered or revealed, so keep a watch out, for on the Faeit's Tarot, you never know what secrets may be revealed. If you think you may have missed something, here is your chance to catch up.

News Stories of the Week

This week we are sitting on Pre-orders for the new Adeptas Sororitas codex, this is literally the biggest news story that we have been following all week. There are enough new little goodies in this to keep your Sisters of Battle on the tabletop.

This coming week, we will see the digital pre-orders ready to go for the Sentinels of Terra, this will be huge, and I for one can't wait to get a closer look at the first 6th Edition Space Marine Codex Supplement.

GW is set to release 6 new paints alongside the Chaos collection, these include:

-Nihilakh Oxide, a wash applied to metals to give a copper oxide effect.
-Blood for the Blood God, a glossy thick red wash for applying blood to weapons etc
-Typhus Corrosive, a wash applied to armour faces to give a corroded effect.
-Ryza Rust - a rust-orange wash for mechanical/metal parts
-Nurgle rot - a thick sick green wash, you can guess the pattern here
-Agrelland Earth - a texture paint in the style of a corrupted ashen wasteland, like volcanic ash

Its nice to see GW catching with the rest of the modelling world to release some weathering paints!

Tyranid Codex Supplements

Tyranids are very likely to be released in January with December pre-orders. This will make an excellent end to the year, and a great start for the new one. Of course, one of the things on our minds is, what codex supplements will be coming out? Well this rumor bit from Bols attempts to answer this one.

Hivefleet (Big Bugs - not real title 2014)
Focuses on Monstrous Creatures. Book adds variant rules for deployment and FOC changes for units like the Carnifex, letting you take them in both Heavy and Elites, plus the ability to operate independently. Hivefleet balances this with some prohibited units, and the inability to go first in any mission.

Hivefleet (Fast Bugs - not real title ???)
Focuses on high speed fast-moving bugs. FOC changes to emphasize these units such as Gargoyles as Troops, new abilities and special rules for Ravenors, while Gants get minor enhancements as well. This hivefleet is balanced by prohibiting "traditional" walking Monstrous Creatures. A new flying HQ unit is included.

Genestealer Cult (???)
The first "hybrid supplement" - this book will be a combined book for IG and Tyranids. It allows both codices to ally, but heavily restricts units selections on both. Look for smaller "infiltration bugs" such as Genestealers, Broodlords, Lictors and such from the Tyranid side while the Guard are very heavily restricted on units and heavy equipment. The list's HQ must include a psyker warlord from either the IG or Tyranid units allowed. A new psychic power list is included.

Warhammer Fantasy

2014 is said to be the release of 9th edition Fantsy. Not only has Fantasy been hot these last two months, there is even more coming with the new edition, a new Fantasy expansion for November, and new updated army books on the way.

http://natfka.blogspot.com/2013/10/november-releases-triumph-and-treachery.html
Triumph and Treachery is an expansion that allows 3 or more players to battle upon the tabletop....... and in the end, there can be only one.

Its a hardcover expansion book, that comes with a deck of 36 game cards, 5 player turn cards, a pouch of game victory coins, a book with galleries, new artwork, examples of battles, and the rules for playing Triumph and Treachery with 3-5 players.

The cover of the book is a Dwarf fighting a Chaos Warrior in combat, with a Dark Elf Assassin sneaking in behind.

No Rumors Beyond this Point
I am rating what I personally think of the rumors (not the source). This is based off of behind the scenes knowledge, what different sources are saying, and general logic and guesswork. It goes like this

5 Stars. If its got a 5 star rating, I personally have probably seen the release information. (think Natfka has seen this stuff personally)

4 Stars is a very reliable rumor, and comes from someone I generally know to be in a good place, or the rumors match up well. These are not facts!, These are still rumors, and even great sources can have some information wrong on occasion. (think hastings-like, or close to that)

3 Stars, is a decent rumor. Should be looked at with some truth in it. An average rumor (most will fall here). Rumor based off of real information, discussion, or we do not know where it falls. (Like I said, most will fall here, and this is the baseline.)

2 stars. Most likely speculation, but sound OK. Every once in a while these have something (think Natfka doesn't really think this is happening, but ya never know)

1 Star. Way out in left field, and I feel that these are probably just wild speculation or made up. (think whoa, where the hell did this come from, and generally posted up because its fun, or Natfka was bored)
