 The Emperors Spears are going to be in the next White Dwarf again and getting a rewrite and added to according to Aaron Dembski-Bowden's Twitter. This will be in the upcoming White Dwarf issue 460.

 Fairly certain we will be hearing more and possibly getting a preview this week!
