I recently posted a tongue-in-cheek message on Warhammer 40k’s official Facebook page asking them to verify whether our old armies would be made redundant and that only newer, bigger space marines would be sold after the release of 8th.
I have attached screenshots for evidence. They responded but deflected the nature of the question, but did confirm that old armies would still be usable. I replied to their response but not only did I not hear back, they deleted the post. It seems as if I struck a chord and that only the newer, bigger Space Marines will be sold, thus making our old armies redundant.
Anyway, thought i’d pass on the info.
