It appears that some people have not received their White Dwarf yet. However, it appears that this is being fixed, and we have the actual cause of what the problem was.

There is a posting on the White Dwarf Facebook page about the delay to some US subscription copies of the new mag. They say there was a shipping problem that is being fixed, & all US subscribers should be getting their copies next week, starting Monday. They are also taking steps to make sure it does not happen again. Very vague & non-specific.
One customer posted in a reply to me that he spoke to GW customer service, & was told that the shipment was turned away by US Customs because the weight of the shipment was much greater than expected, due to the larger size of the new magazine.
