More Leaked Images (in Color)

It seems that now we have very much everything we need to know from image leaks originating from this weekend's White Dwarf. There is lots of information here, releases,  Karanak, Skulltaker, stats, and more. The more I see of the new Bloodthirster kit, the more I like it.

Head on over and check out Blog for the Blood God, where you will find most of what you need.

  1. Really loving the collar whip, overall a very impressive sculpt.

  2. I love how this Blog for the Blood God guy stamps a gigantic logo over each page so you can read only a portion of what's written there. He might as well have not posted them.

    2. i love your scathing sarcasm that oozes almost visibly from your comment.

you could have uploaded the pictures yourself if only you had the initiative to own a scanner. sure it's annoying but i have already read these pages elsewhere online if you google it you'll find it with ease.

  3. Definitely interesting, the leaked image of the box is done in WFB end times style, not the usual daemons dual system style. Odd and curious.

    1. Bloodletters and Bloodcrushers are in End Timesy boxes now, too (check your local store). They still say 40,000 on the back, but the front branding is exclusively Warhammer.

    3. Maybe, to increase sales of Fantasy, they're axing 40k completely. Space Marines are the "heavy armored human army" we've been hearing about 0_0

    4. axe everything, put it all in the Hobbit. i cant think of any other way to make that game interesting

    5. i can see Sauron leading some space marines allied with some warg rider/raiders, and a unit of ogre leadbelchers, against some tyranids with some wood elves and some skaven slaves, some Eldar Fire Prisms......good times indeed.

    6. That actually sounds like the most hilariously awesome idea ever lol. It would just need lizard men with las cannons and it would be complete.

    1. £55 if you buy from the right place.

I'm gonna treat myself to 2... maybe 3.

    2. $155......or 2.5 x your price. it's no more expensive than majority of the last 8 giant miniature kits that have been released for both 4ok/whfb. it's actually a common figure among this hobby. i am sure you own other £70 miniatures...what made them less expensive or more likely to be bought over this miniature?

  7. UNRELATED BUT NEWSWORTHY:

The ghosts of the webway bundle has two solitaires in it, but solitaires are unique. Does this mean that you can field more than one in an army? If it doesn't, it's an uncharacteristic move to put in a model that you literally can't use in a web bundle. Perhaps there's an expansion or campaign book coming that will allow it?

    1. one of the harlequin formation allows two solitaires, which has a rule overriding their unique rule

    2. Scuzgob is incorrect. There is no formation that allows multiple solitaires, they are unique characters that can only be taken once in a single army. I noticed that as well and pointed it out over on reddit...it's like GW doesn't understand their own game.

    3. Personally I was very surprised when they were unique in the first place. Maybe fielding nothing but solitaires would be OP, but only one in an army seems too little. I'm expecting either an FAQ or like I say, a formation or new FoC that allows more than one.
