  1. both models looks amazing, and 26 bucks for each ... well is the price for plastic minis ... I hope the older versions stay in the site

    1. i highly doubt it, keeping the old models around would be a first.
      good luck on ebay

    2. I'm glad I got the metal versions! 8-O

    3. If you want the older models, get them now, because I guarantee that they're going to vanish off the site the instant the new ones are up for preorder.

  2. Wow are we still on harlequins? I'm already looking ahead to what's after Archaon. That's the trouble with early leaks, takes the fun out of it.

  3. could just be a hint for the release of a new "special edition" technical paint...

    1. Skull Throne? A textured paint with little skills in it? I lolled.

    2. We have had rumors about a new Blood Thirster for a while.
Two, have you met two? I'll put you together then.

    3. @TheAurgelmir over the top much? He was clearly joking which you could have guessed by what Unknown said. Two, have you met Two? I'll put you together then.

  4. So next week the Bloodthirster drops, neat. It'll probably be that one week, then the next week will be the other Khorne WFB models.

    1. Yeah I'm not getting my hopes up

    2. tbh I doubt we'll see any 40k Chaos Marine stuff at all. We've gotten no leaks, no hints, just vague hopes that somewhere down the line we'll get it, but it hasn't happened.

It'll be fantasy daemons and warriors of chaos for all of these releases. Khorne now, Tzeentch later, then down the line Nurgle and Slaanesh.

      Delete
    3. Yeah didn't Hastings say no Khorne?

      Delete
    4. no khorne but we have seen bloodthirster. unless BT's now are Tzeentchian or you mean no other khorne daemons or the other daemons are one of the other gods?

      Delete
    5. We have seen the bloodthirster and there's no doubt it will replace the current crapulent one for 40k, but are new rules necessary? Maybe, as there are 5 variants in the box, but probably not essential right now. Maybe a WD formation or something, but can't see any further 40k Khorne releases in the near future. Although I'd love to see it.

    6. Everyone expects every release to provide new 40k rules or models too...guys, the bloodthirster variants are for end times only, don't get your hopes up. Can you use the model? Yeah go to town - but its not coming with a round base, and its not coming with new 40k rules. Let fantasy have the limelight for a hot minute - we saw two editions of 40k and a hardback codex for every faction the in the span of two years...let us have our 5 end times releases haha

      Delete
    7. I'm sure you're the one in the know on the Bloodthirster right? Old blood thirster came with both bases. This won't be different.

      Delete
    8. I'd be incredibly surprised if a new Bloodthirster didn't come with a round base. What are they going to do, keep the old one for 40k and make the new one fantasy only?

      Delete
    9. If someone rumored demons that would crush all the Admech SOB Dual dex hopes for April.

      Delete
    10. Why in the world would you think there won't be a round base? Because it's a "fantasy" release? That's absurd. Every daemon release has both square and round bases. Why would this be different? And I'm pretty sure GW would like Chaos Daemon players to buy the new Bloodthirster for their 40k games, too, and not just Daemons of Chaos players.

      Delete
    11. The 40k bloodthirster doesn't have to be on a round base. All of the larger models for 40k used to come on square bases.

      Delete
    12. If the model is called a bloodthirster and it looks like a blood thirster and is a blood thirster then it can be used as a blood thirster. If its something like the Glotkin slap it on a large circle monster base and damn well use it as one. I wouldn't argue something new and shiny to shoot. Oh and iirc dont you have in botn the 40k and fantasy books options for yout greater daemons sych as wargear?

    13. big round bases can be bought by themselves.

  6. HMMMMM
i cant begin to guess at what those hints could mean

    2. on round bases, and then itll be switched to triangular bases in its 3rd edition

    3. Seeing how much money Exploding Kittens is making on Kickstarter a Kittenhammer standalone game could reap big bucks for them :-D

  7. Glad this turned up. I was hoping to see a Harlequin bundle here though.

Have they released one of the retail saving bundles (Tomb awakened etc) after all the models are released?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Highly doubtful. It's a small release with only new models. Most bundles contains mostly models that have been out for a while.
Makes little business sense to discount brand spanking new models right away.

  8. I'm curious about the old Vect rumors. Those came from Nightfury didn't they? If so, and he's not on the horizon. Nightfury has been right on about everything else. Still looks good.

    1. Like i mentioned the other day, i know a vect + dais model exists.. just don't have a clear picture of the release date.. the way its set up it will have rules in a WD so honestly they could release it whenever they have a spot in the lineup...

      Delete
    2. I didn't see a post the other day, but I thought I remembered it was you who mentioned it back before DE dropped that the model was spotted. Idk where you see things but thanks a lot man! God speed and may you have plentiful bounties. Idk,

  9. Jebus they dragged that release out. Felt like the ork release, just with less.

    1. Feel like they could've done Starweaver/Voidweaver/Skyweaver all at the same time to be honest.

    2. Probably could but it keeps the books a bit fatter as you look at your wallet and go... "Only a few more days/weeks till pay day imsure I can buy another one"
