  1. So....ahhhhhh......

When did the GW website stop selling Forgeworld books? I'm glad I ordered a couple before they stopped doing that. As far as I know the local GW store still has FW books on the shelves.

  3. I stopped ordering from them when they stopped using UPS. The delivery to the store is a fine option. They couldn't even get my White Dwarf subscription to my door so I cancelled my subscription and just pick 'em up in store. Customer service is always the first thing to slide when a company gets too big. Still a pretty good company - getting almost big enough to qualify for evil corporation status though;)

  6. If I wanted to go to the store to pick up the delivery, I would a first go to the store and buy it from the self duh! or if not in stock, hey GW Store Employee, order this for me, here's my tel # call me when it's in.

It's just a worded trick. Now free shipping to your address is something entirely different!

  7. So glad I live in the glorious English countryside with a local GW store only half an hours drive away.

Mind you, the cost of fuel here is equal to $10 per gallon :(

  8. Woh, 50 $ that is tough. Looks like GW really wants too make more money.
In West Europe the free shipping fee is 15€. I hope that will not rise as well.

  11. Bastards raised it to 50 from 40 for like a week here in Canada then now raise it to 75. It's such an obviously greedy move for more money and they will lose far more now from people long term. People like me who can't afford the crazy shipping costs.
