Presence of Faeit is a weekly editorial by myself. I generally report during the week what is going on, and today is my day to comment on what exactly it is that I am thinking of.
Personal Days
This week is a tough one for me personally. It started off with me excited about getting my Raider force going, and ended up with my Father going to the hospital and going into a Drug- Induced Coma. So this kind of thing tends to take precedence over just about everything. So I am not on top of things like I normally am.
Todays Presence of Faeit will be brief.
Necrons
The leaked pages, really do not matter if they were real or not. The one that is possibly a leak was a nice thing to see, just because it at least used a lot of the information we started off with Yakface giving us, backed up by what was verified by Tastytaste. I think this is the direction the Necrons are headed. Beyond emotional outburst, there is nothing to indicate otherwise.
This means that things like the C'tan information we just recieved is very exciting. The idea of new vehicles, I am excited to see how GW is going to handle these. I am assuming with great care. Those scarabs really are going to alter the parking lots of the game.
Citadel Finecast
I am excited that these are out. From what I have read, bubbles are easily filled, and the material is easy to work with. I however will not be getting any until my local shop recieves some of the new Grotesques, which will be my first of these models.
Haemonculi Covens + Razorwing
The only thing I wish with these, was that the Grotesque came with more poses. I will be seeing how to get that Giant ugly arm down some into a different pose. I do not like it. Like the model, hate the pose.
Razorwings I am thinking of getting one right away. They look exciting, and I will just start off with one of them. They are the initial as they start their first turn, kill the horde vehicle, and I will use at least one mixed in with my ravagers in lists. Of course Disintegrators will be on the thing.
Thats it for now. My father will be in the hospital for several weeks, but hopefully will be able to get out of ICU by weeks end. As for now, I will continue blogging, as it is a great way to get away from the hospital. So do not expect any shortcomings on information here. I might be a couple hours behind though on new information when it first arrives.
