Leaked Deceiver Images

Christmas is winding down on this side of the world, and over it there were more leaked images that are now very much everywhere. I know we talked about the new Verminlord Deceiver here, but now that the images are floating around, I figured that everyone should have a chance to see them for themselves.

Here is a link over to Spikey Bits where you can see this build. The Deceiver is rumored to be one of 5 builds from the new Verminlord box kit that will go up for pre-orders next week.

As I start to recover Christmas week, we will quickly be back on top of what is going on. (yea, I took Christmas Day off).

    3. "Just Fantasy"???? It's not our fualt GW spent all last year dumping out 40K models like candy on Christmas. Now you guys get to be the ones to sit back and watch Fantasy have its year.

But don't worry 40K is still their favorite child. (For some reason.) :P

    5. 40k pays the bills but the only thing Tactical about it is its SM core units. It is the pure essence of "Point and Shoot". Very boring.

    6. +1, my gaming group seems to be making 40k our secondary game. We all prefer the tactical movement and unpredictability of Fantasy to the "I have more guns so I win" aspect of 40k.

I can tell what way 90% of my games will go, purely based onlooking at my opponent's list. It's just not fun.

    1. The model looks nice, yeah. The rules, not so much IMO. 500 points for a T6 monster with a 5+ ward? Yeah, the shooting attack is kind of nice, but not enough to make it attractive I think. Overall this dude looks not much better than a bog standard Vermin Lord from the AB, and there's a reason those almost never get fielded.

  3. Oh come one, the image is clearly stated to be a Verminseer in another leak and it fits, because it has a seery orb and Doom Glaive instead of Warpstiletto

    1. Just a heads up, Natfka doesn't play Fantasy and has no idea which weapons Skavens have. Give him some credit for posting these, his 40K followers would love to see all of Fantasy ignored.
