2013 was a 5 codex release year, and there really is no reason that we will not see the same this coming year. There are lots of exciting things to look forward to this year, starting off great with a Tyranid codex.
What I expect this year is a year of pulling the community together, with rules adjustments to 40k coming very soon if they come in Faqs, or in the second half if it comes down to a new rulebook update. While 7th edition is a very controversial subject no matter what you called it, updates to our game are coming.
Here are some release orders preceeded by my predictions (not rumors) of what will happen in 2014

Here are a few predictions. Not rumors.
-Lords of War will become part of regular codices. Most likely starting in the second half of year.
-An updated rulebook will be released, expanding upon 6th edition. The calling of this as 7th edition will go away.
-New Fortifications will come. Whether or not these will be Xenos oriented or not is yet to be seen. Void Relay Networks will get models and become a new expansive set of fortifications.
-Black Templar will get their own codex supplement.
-In the new Imperial Guard codex, Deathstrike Missiles will get a single shot D-Weapon missile or the standard they get now.
-Chaos God codex supplements will arrive in the form of The Book of Tzeentch etc. I dont know which one, but I will predict two of these being released this year.
-The current order of codices will hold, but with Blood Angels taking the place of Space Wolves. This will coincide with codex supplements and dataslates for Blood Angel and Ork conflicts.
-By the end of 2014, we will talking once again about the Adeptas Sororitas getting their own dedicated codex for 2015. Rumors will have them in our release orders by then.
-Forgeworld will get another re-wording or official mention to bring the models that are 40k approved into the standard 40k game. This topic is far from over.
-Two new writers will be on Faeit 212 as the site expands even further to include more games. Mantic, I am looking at you.
