Reinforcements are incoming for the Dark Angels Legion and they are available to pre-order today! The Legion Praetor and Leviathan Siege Dreadnought can both be used in games of The Horus Heresy while you can also use the Dreadnought to smash your enemies in games of Warhammer 40,000.
Dark Angels Legion Leviathan Pattern Siege Dreadnought
Produced only in limited numbers, the Leviathan Pattern Dreadnought was a savagely powerful siege or hunter-killer unit. The Dark Angels received a number of these war machines prior to the outbreak of the Horus Heresy and decorated them with I Legion iconography. 10,000 years later they are still able to field the devastating Leviathan.
The Leviathan is an amazing model, which is really easy to pose as you’d like. It’s also extremely customisable – not only does it come with a choice of heavy flamers or volkite calivers as hull-mounted weapons and an optional phosphex grenade launcher but it is compatible with the full range of Forge World Leviathan weapons. It can be made into an absolutely lethal close-combat monster with weapons such as the Leviathan Siege Claw and Leviathan Siege Drill. Alternatively, you can obliterate your enemies with superior firepower using weapons such as the Leviathan Storm Cannon and Cyclonic Melta Lance.
Rules for fielding this brutal behemoth in The Horus Heresy can be found in The Horus Heresy – Legiones Astartes: Age of Darkness Army List and rules for using it in Warhammer 40,000 are in Imperial Armour – Index: Forces of the Adeptus Astartes.
Dark Angels Legion Praetor
Joining the Dark Angels Legion Praetor in Cataphractii Terminator Armour is this new model, clad in ornate artificer armour. He’s covered in highly detailed Legion-specific symbols, is armed with a Terranic greatsword and carries a mysterious key on his belt.* Not only does the kit have a choice of heads but you can also replace his combat shield with a master-crafter bolter.
He’s both a tactical genius that you can use to lead your Legion to victory and a total combat master who can go toe-to-toe with pretty much anything that’s not a Primarch. He would also make an incredible Dark Angels Captain conversion to spearhead your Unforgiven in Warhammer 40,000.
Both of these awesome models are available to pre-order so grab them now and get chasing after those traitors – they’re on their way to Terra.
