Father Gabe has chimed in this morning confirming not only that the Stormclaw box set will be a limited edition set, but that Dark Vengeance will return with a mini rulebook later.
Please remember that these are rumors, although considering where the information came from to him, I would consider these very solid.

Just received a forwarded confirmation from GW. The Stormclaw box set is limited edition/limited time only. Dark Vengeance will be back with the new mini-rulebook later. I know another source mentioned this but this was straight from GW. Later we should have the details about the contents if its snap fit or actual sprues.
