Ork Looted Vehicles and Buggies

The Ork codex is still a ways out, and we are getting some of our first information on it, and these contradict some other rumors we were hearing.

Please remember that these are rumors. These are exciting though, as many Ork players really do not want to see Looted Vehicles going away from this codex. They have always been a signature model in many Ork armies. Just fun to build and use.
