Just got the email and from the looks of it, there is no codex mentioned in this weekend's White Dwarf. Meks and Painboyz along with Looted Wagons are what is on the cover.
Please remember that these are rumors.
Obviously it has been seen now that the Ork Codex is in the leaked images that are currently being leaked
