What's On Your Table Black Friday Giveaway: Details Below
I’ve just finished off my first squad of Rubrics in Heresy colours. I used the Tamiya method for the first time, priming gloss black and zenithal of lead belcher, before applying the Tamiya clear red. Then I used some liquid mask, on all the parts I wanted to stay red, before airbrushing them copper and highlighting gold. It was quite a faff to take the mask off but it meant I only needed to make a few touch ups on the gold and red. Then all they needed was some washes and detail work. I’m happy with the results but I can’t imagine making an army of these guys would be particularly fun!
