What's On Your Table Black Friday Giveaway: Details on the Giveaway below
Bit of a mixed bag at the moment, but mainly I've been working on stuff for my Imperial Crusade (how do I like my Soup? The same way I like my Romans - Imperial!).
So first up I finished the majority of the painting on my two House Mortan Imperial Knights. At this point I really just need to apply transfers and as much Stirland Battlemire as I can find onto the bases. Am I tempted to add to this household? Maaaaybe ;)
Next some Fenrisian Wolves. These were all painted after the basecoat stage with washes, including some classics like GW's blue lid Brown Ink and Badab Black. At this stage it should just be the base rims and the teeth & claws left to do.
For the Deathwatch I decided to try some colour shift paints from Turbo Dork that came in a hobby subscription box on the power weapons. So far I am intrigued.....
Also slapped some Battlemire down on the base of the Leviathan Dread ahead of painting.
And finally, put the base colours down for a kitbashed squad of Fallen Angels that I'm planning to use for both Kill-Team and for a mixed Crusade force of Space Marines (always dug the lore that massed Astartes are rare and most Imperial Crusades might only have a handful of marines, if any full squads from any one Chapter)....
