  1. That's a weird looking WD front cover. Green and reflective, odd choice

    2. Given their lack of clothing, be grateful that they're standing on bases!

  2. That battle-smith pose...I don't know why GW needs every model to have their arms out like their doing jumping jacks. The best dwarf model they ever did was the Lord that held his axe blade down with both hands on the pommel.

Sometimes a stoic still pose is the most bad ass of all

Seriosuly, you're not in a position to complain about the amount of releases you get.

  4. I just hate the lack of clothing.Maybe some sort of boot/shoes would help. There's not a lot of variety either.

    1. Yes clothes for berzerkers, who live in the realm of fire. Totally makes sense.

    2. flesh + fire = logical.....if that was even relevant (it's not) that frenzied fleshsacks lived in a realm of fire it makes as much logical sense being naked as they would wearing clothing....i mean how do they stop burning their little piggies? yeah that's what i thought. nothing is logical about naked guys living in a realm of fire....or maybe their skin is molten magma.....even then that makes even less sense.

  6. I proxies up a fyreslayer force and ran then against some of my high elves for shits and giggles over the weekend, even with their 5+ saves they were pretty durable, given their abilities.

Wiped out 75% of my elves by turn 3, but turned it around and tied with just the hero units standig at the end.

...first time proxying shadow warriors too, kinda want to get a box, but need to know of they're going to carry over into the 'newer' aelf stuff like I hope my basic infantry will.

    2. Guard...? Nah you got your cake in "Mont'ka"

Personally I'd go for Metal Dwarves and Space Wolves.

And as for AoS in general. It "allpoints" to a big climax of the opening arc soon. Maybe like a "Battle of the Allpoints"

I bet that would make a cool campaign book. ;)

Natfka, in relation to that new AoS artwork you posted about. (Undead constructs post). GW have had a policy, since the Harlequin release I think it was, that no artwork will be published that doesn't represent a model that has been, or soon will be released. That's all I'm saying on the matter. (Those new wyvern things look pretty cool to though huh?)

Warplane? I'm going to be honest, I haven't heard about this... As far as I'm concerned "Deathwatch" (Made up title) is still next the next boxed game. Which will be Q1, or a few weeks later at the latest.

Could, and would, love to be wrong though.

    3. There's no "thinking" involved here man. Just one guy trying not to across as a complete douche.

It wouldn't be polite for me to go: "Man just stop, you're wrong, because I totally know something you don't."

(I'm exaggerating to make a point, and I do get what youre saying. But this isn't my blog and I can't just be blunt and straight to the point with people that post things that are more than likely wrong.)

  8. I'm not sure a battlesmith is the proper term for a standard bearer. Or a storyteller.

At least its not called the Grimwrath.
