There is an incredible deal on Amazon.com right now for a Winsor & Newton Series 7 Brush Gift Set. Im not a brush expert, but these look to be an amazing deal, as these brush sets go for around $75.00. The set is listed for $17.50!!!! I can't imagine this will be around long.
Since you can set yourself up to get free shipping its a great deal. The only downside is that these wont be available to be shipped until the beginning of March. Personally... for $17.50 I can wait.
