I just completed some Primaris sized Vanguard Veterans for my custom Blood Angels successor chapter. The kitbash uses Intercessor bodies, Vanguard Veteran weapons and jump packs, and some arm bits from Pop Goes the Monkey.
I will be using these as standard Vanguard Veterans in my games. I just wanted them to be on the same scale as Primaris instead of the older Astartes minis.
I'm also working on some Primaris sized Death Company using Reiver bodies.
