Rumour Engine Teaser..... Could this be Fabius Bile?

This is interesting and my first thoughts are a return to Nurgle releases. However, it could mean an expansion to any of the smaller games as well.

Any ideas? Fabius Bile's robes would be my favorite option here, but that is a long shot.
