We have part three of talking to someone with the codex in hand. Here I had asked about the Leman Russ Lumbering Behometh rules, Orders for the Tempestus Command Squads, and Regimental Doctrines (I can wish can't I?).
Please take these as rumors, as we have not had an official release yet. We shall know the every detail very soon.

The Leman Russ rules are the same as in old codex the only difference is that Demolisher at 170 pt.
No Regimental doctrines for normal guard (Catachans, Cadians etc)
Also no Doctrines for Company Command Squads
Platoon Command can only issue one order
Tempestus Command Squads get the same orders as other AM officers.
Deathstrike is confirmed at S10 AP1 blast ignore cover.
No special bring in the next wave for conscripts.
Also enclosed crew compartments are 15pts. Which Hydras can take.
