It was only two days ago that on the US Games Workshop webstore, the new Shield of Baal: Deathstorm was sold out. Well, either stock was moved and made available or more copies were being produced, but the box set is now available again on the US site. This is a good move, and one that I hope we can continue to see in future releases.<br>

Smaug is huge, and from the looks of it the size of a small dog. This is the model that rumors and many other people in the hobby, said would not be made. Its just too big, and the rumors about New Line Cinemas required a scale model if one was to be made. This just shows Games Workshop can produce a model this large and has the will to do it.<br>

Hawk Wargames is launching a new kind of advent calendar, and showing off its artwork for Dropzone Commander. It just launched today, and first up is a UCM Colonial Legionaire.<br>

A very cool aspect of the advent calendar, is that instead of just a way to get to you buy or see the latest releases, Hawk Wargames is giving you something this year! A quick contest with each image, and the winners will get a model you can only get at shows; an escape pod. Each image every day will produce its own winners. Definitely a cool way to get something, and see the new artwork.<br>
