The Space MarineTerminator Captain will only be at the store openings. He comes with rules and an opening day card. The card has instructions on it, for attending events, buying models, and liking them on facebook.
If the opening day card is completed, you can buy the collectors edition Space Marine Terminator Chaplain at the stores Grand Opening. Grand Openings are about a month after the initial opening event. The Chaplain also comes with his own rules.
