I am one of those that just love the idea of scout armies. Scout units give you that pre-game movement (deployment) that gets you into field position early and fast. While there are several armies out there that do it, and can even do it well, very few do it like the White Scars can.
Here are my thoughts at what makes the White Scars shine.
