Don't collect death guard but had a beginner box with this guy. 

Decided to see if I could convert up a counts as lord discordant. 

Doesnt quite compare with the official model but I'm happy enough!  

Rider had a missing leg so made a basic bionic one.  Vampire lord spear, bones from his dragon, autocannon from a heavy bolter 

Only base colours slapped on so far so still a bit to go plus making a base.
