Earlier this week we were given some minimum table sizes that had a lot of us thinking..... hmm whats behind this? So lets take a look at what we are being told by some very reliable sources here to give us the insight we need to take on the new edition.
This is what we are referring to with the table sizes that were released to us this week over on the Warhammer Community site. If you want to see the entire reveal you can head to this link

Table size minimums
Points Limits for reference
via very reliable sources here on Faeit 212
- All the new missions measure from the Center of the table out.
- The new map sizes are “wonky” because they are as they say: minimums.
- Larger boards have effectively deeper deployment zones.
- Or in the case of 2k points and upwards you also get more length on the board too.
- The intention is to drive the action around the contested part of the battlefield and ensure that objectives in deployment zones are no more than x inches deep from no man’s land.
This is all making for some solid reasoning behind the changes. I'm all up for it, what do you think?
