Been looking for a way to balance or build an army for the Age of Sigmar? Well this image of a notice sent out to stores on how to build an army for the new game. Its interesting, but still begs the question on why this method is superior to points?

No single Warscroll can contain more than x wounds (ie 24)
Heroes may not be duplicated
All other Warscrolls can only be duplicated once
