I have had lots of games with my Scourge over the last year, and with the coverage at Valhalla and batreps against Shawn Gately and David Lewis, I have had a couple requests lately for a list that includes the Scourge Annihilator. After all its a very expensive point costed model that is often hard to work into lists, especially after I work my Scourge commander into it.<br>

This is the list I fielded over the weekend, during the 2500pts tournament down at Knightfall games. Normally I do not like to post the current list that I am fielding. This list is different, simply because I do not care for it. It was the Mordrak and ghost knights that I felt would not hold their weight, or make their points. Its been a long time since I have thrown up a list on the blog, so with all the email requests I have been working on lately with readers, I thought I would throw down an Imperial Guard list that I like. Note that my favorite point level is 2500pts, so I generally make lists at that point level. The games are just more enjoyable, and I think the days of 1500pts are really disappearing. <br>

</div>I had those Haemonculi locked up since their last bloodthirsty battle, but once again it is time to release them. Tournament on Saturday. I plan on taking my Dark Eldar for their first tournament showing, assuming a couple things. <br>

First that I can wrap up the models that I am working on to do so. They will need to be painted, as there is a comp set of scores (sportsmanship /painting). Oh well, this just means you also need to not table your opponent or they wont give you the best score. <br>
<br>
That's me just bitching about comp, of course I will try and smash the opponent into the ground, I will just do it with a smile : ). Normally I just rate the opponents on movement fudging, or dice hiding, and give the best score I can give them otherwise.<br>

One of the primary things I do with my lists is sit down and figure out how many vehicles are possible within a list. For my Imperial Guard I fielded a 26 armoured company at 2500 points for some fun. It was a lot of fun to do so. Was it a strong army list, no. However you learn quite a few things while doing so from list building to on the tabletop, so I did it. Just so you know, it was hard to move around and fit into a deployment zone that had some terrain in it.<br>

I think in the last 3 games, I have had the opportunity to attempt 2 FNP rolls, as I was facing some heavy duty mechanized lists wielding Assault Cannons and Missile Launchers, or massed Autocannons. The amount of firepower incoming was devastating when I did not go first, and out of those last three games, I was only able to pull out two of the three games.<br>

I have been working on this list for a friend of mine's Chaos Marines, figured I would post it. Although it slips a little away from his solid old Veteran theme, it is still pretty solid Chaos list with a lot of flexibility and fire power. <br>

It seems a lot of people field Chaos Space Marines the same way, or so similiar that it is pretty obvious what the battle will look like. This List goes a little further. My goal is really to settle down and play one list for a while. That means over-all the core of the list does not change, allowing for some flexibility to improve or find units that fill each niche and work well with each other.
