What's On Your Table: Necrons

These are the Necrons I'm working on right now. The basic idea is that of a dynasty that has slept little in sixty million years. Not painless process. Hence, the friction of the millennia of activity is leading the living metal to be more and more alive, leading to the adaptation of organs (and weapons) to needs but also developing growths, tumors, etc.

Hence the shells: an armor that naturally develops following universal mathematical rules. I took a good dose of inspiration from the works of Ana Polanšćak. I mostly use liquid green stuff and Mordant Earth, then lichens and other bits (usually tyranids) for conversions. I'm still working on battle damage and lichens, which are a real thorn in the side to glue.

Anyway, thanks for watching!

Cheers,

Sirio
