Virtual Conventions Arise.... Welcome to Patmocon

Patmocon is coming April 11-13th and is an online virtual convention for gamers to get together and talk to others in the industry, get some cool deals, see new products, and much more. I will be there as well representing Genesys Games for The Genesys Project in the Dave Taylor section of the venue. A good place to connect up directly with me and see what is going on.

With all the conventions and social distancing going on in the world today, these type of venues will be fun places to visit and see what is going on!

from Dave Taylor of Dave Taylor Miniatures

Over the past eight months or so I've been chatting with a guy by the name of Dan Adam on a fairly regular basis. Dan runs a podcast (and a community) called Paint All The Minis. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit hard, with event cancellations and recommended social distancing, Dan started to pull this together as something cool to do for attendees who were now unable to go to conventions, and for those who live too far from conventions to attend. Something cool, something online.

Thus PATMOCON was born.

I am proud to say that Dave Taylor Miniatures will be sponsoring an Entrepreneurs Alley where I'll be joined by five small businesses that have (relatively) recently joined the wargaming sphere.
• Guerrilla Miniature Games - Ash Barker
• This Is Not A Test
• Broken Contract
• Slow Death Games
• Genesys Games

Everything will be online, there's an entry fee for attendees, along with a sweet digital swag bag for everyone and no doubt some great bargains, all with the opportunity to interact directly with the vendors. It promises to be a very cool and interesting way to run a convention.
