These are set to replace the older rules, but as it says in the descriptions below you can use either?

* These are slightly different from the rules found in White Dwarf 476, but those are still perfectly usable!

Thats rather disconcerning. I'd rather have it clear which ones the game should be using.

NOCF Charity Ukraine Refugee Raffles are Live

A special spring event has been launched that includes renown artists from all over the world. This is an incredible event months in the works with funds dedicated to refugees from the Ukraine Crisis that have been fleeing into neighboring countries. 

This one is special and has some amazing great miniatures, and an incredible painted game set (9 boxsets in total) for Marvel United that includes kickstarter exclusives.

Dave Taylor has it going this time all new volumes of miniature art focusing on several renown artists. These are excellent books and it's great to see future additions coming to light. 

The State of Warhammer 40k- Tyranids

Ooops. Looks like a FAQ/Errata for Tyranids is seriously needed. I don't normally look at big tournament results (been a few years since I did tournaments), but this type of thing shows something seriously wrong. Tyranids dominated all comers it seems at the US Open Seattle Warhammer tournament.
