What's On Your Table End of the Year/Holiday Giveaway: Details Below
So I attended the Eye of Horus Podcast 30k Horus Heresy narrative event recently with my new 30k Imperial Fists force
I was able to just get enough painted to a table top standard the night before the event. Transfers are in the post! I was really keen to get a loyalist metallic yellow as the 30k scene has several strong metallic paint themes for the traitors.
The metallic yellow is achieved really easily via a silver base coat, 1x black wash, 2x yellow washes and a final yellow glaze. Then its just weathering and the details. I tired to weather the force so they look battered and worn as if under constant campaigning with nothing but terminators and dreads as a elite boarding force for Zone Mortalis missions.
