Years ago before when I first started painting, I went through a repaint phase. I picked up 2 Sideshow statues cheap converted them into to a Night Lord & a Word Bearer. I touched up a Crimson Fist statue as well. I also converted a half painted Salamander to a Black Legionnaire & an Imperial Fist to a Fallen Angel (I know, the color scheme is wrong). I didn't strip them & you can tell with all the paint layered on paint, but I definitely enjoyed corrupting the loyalist scum! >=)
