Idoneth Deepkin Pre-Orders? The First Wave Full List, Details with Prices.

This morning we have the full range of Idoneth Deepkin pre-orders coming this weekend, along with their prices. There is a lot here, from the Idoneth Deepkin Battletome to Namarti Thralls to Eidolon of Mathlann himself.

The wait is almost over – next weekend, the Idoneth Deepkin are finally available to pre-order with a deluge of new releases.
Namarti Thralls are the core of Idoneth Deepkin armies, combining the aesthetic of aelven models of the past with some sinister twists suggesting their dark origins. Elegant armour plating and weapons clash with brutal iron collars and their half-soul rune – a mark of their low status. Look closely, and you’ll notice that each is designed to appear to be fighting underwater, cloths and tassels drifting eerily in the currents of the ethersea. It says a lot about the Idoneth Deepkin as a whole that even their Battleline infantry are so intricately designed!
Lotann, Warden of the Soul Ledgers, on the other hand, is designed to appear regal and powerful, wearing ceremonial robes and armour rather than the functional garments used by the Namarti. Our favourite detail of this miniature is the Ochtar, a familiar that protects Lotann on the battlefield. We’re sure you haven’t missed the knife and the club wielded by this eight-legged guardian, but if you look closely, and you’ll notice he’s also carrying an inkwell and a scroll!
The Eidolon of Mathlann is one of Warhammer’s most ambitious models ever – a kit that could only exist thanks to cutting-edge miniatures design and the latest casting technology. From the crashing wave of water upon which the Eidolon rises to subtle detail across its armour, this model is the perfect addition to any Idoneth Deepkin collection. What’s more, the Eidolon of Mathlann is a treat for builders, too – you’ll be able to construct the melee-oriented Aspect of the Storm or the magic-wielding Aspect of the Sea, while the kit is packed with fish and other oceanic life to decorate your base or add to other models in the range.

When the Idoneth Deepkin fight, they appear to be underwater even if they’re several miles inland. On a small scale, this can be seen by the shoals of fish that accompany many models, while on a larger one, the battlefield itself begins to warp and change. The Etheric Vortex: Gloomtide Shipwreck allows you to represent this on your tabletop. You can use yours to bolster the abilities of nearby Idoneth Deepkin or simply as thematic scatter terrain – perhaps you could combine yours with the treasure chests found in the
Azyrite Ruins set to build some appropriately nautical scenarios for your Idoneth Deepkin…
You’ll be able to download the warscrolls for these models for free very soon – but to unlock their full potential, you’ll want to pick up Battletome: Idoneth Deepkin – your guide to Warhammer Age of Sigmar’s newest faction. This battletome is absolutely packed with content, from powerful new magical spells to rules for customising your collection around one of several distinct enclaves. It’s not just about rules, either – this battletome contains the hidden history of the Idoneth Deepkin, from their tragic origins to their strange culture and their discovery by Nagash. We’ll be previewing the battletome in detail over the coming weeks, so keep your eyes on Warhammer Community! Meanwhile, if you’re looking for a great way to reference your warscrolls mid-game, a new set of Warscroll Cards is coming, containing easy-reference sheets for all your units, tokens to track effects and more.

There’s even more! To help make painting your new Idoneth Deepkin army as easy as possible, we’ve been hard at work developing new paints specially designed for the palest flesh. Boasting excellent coverage and subtle colours that are ideal for Namarti Thralls,
Drukhari and other pale-skinned characters, Ionrach Skin and Deepkin Flesh should prove to be invaluable additions to your paint collection.
Last, but not least, we know you guys love fancy dice – and so, we’ve got a particularly snazzy set on the way for the Idoneth Deepkin. These are cast in translucent blue, and feature wave-lines in place of numerals as well as the Idoneth Deepkin symbol in place of the six (and, as ever, a skull on the one so you REALLY know when you’ve failed a roll).
You’ll be able to pre-order these new releases next weekend – with more to come very soon. In the meantime, keep your eyes on Warhammer Community as we crack open the new battletome for a series of previews over the next month (yep – this is going to be a big one!).
