This bundle gives you everything you need to field the web-exclusive Space Marines Skyhammer Annihilation Force formation. In it, you’ll get two Drop Pods, two sets of Devastator Squads, four sets of Assault Squads and a Tactical Squad, allowing you to build two ten-man Assault Squads and two ten-man Devastator squads - and an exclusive rule sheet detailing the insane firepower and incredible brutality this formation will bring.
Well here is one reader who zoomed in as much as possible and is attempting to decipher just what these rules are. Thank you for doing this!

I'm reading this
from the New Zealand site If you zoom in enough to read it and have good
eyes you can read the rules. It's super powerful - probably OP.
There's a few words i couldn't make out - particularly the bold font. I've
indicated these with a question mark or ... But I can easily make out the
meat of the rules.
Skyhammer Annihilation Force
2 Assault Squads
2 Devestator Squads
Restrictions: Each Devestator Squad must take a drop pod as a dedicated
transport. Each Assault Squad must be equipped with jump packs.
Special Rules
Rapid? Deployment: All units in the Skyhammer Annihilation Force begin the
game in deep strike reserve. Instead of ...during deployment, choose
whether the formation will arrive during the first or second turn. The
entire Skyhammer Annihilation Force automatically arrives on the turn you
choose - no reserve rolls are required. Ignore the formations drop pods
for the purposes of the drop pod assault special rule.
First Fire, then Blades:
On the turn the formation arrives from Deep Strike Reserve, the Devestator
Squads in the Skyhammer Annihilation Force have the relentless special rule
and the Assault Squads can charge even though they arrived from reserves
that turn.
Suppressing FIre?: A unit targeted by the Skyhammer Annihiliation Force's
Devestator Squad in the shooting phase must take a Morale test at the end
of the phase regardless of ...? If the test is failed, the unit does not
fall back, but must immediately go to ground. If the test is passed the
unit is unable to ? for the rest of the turn.
Leave No R...?: Assault Squads in the Skyhammer Annihilation force can use
their jump packs in both the shooting phase and the assault phase. If an
assault squad from the Skyhammer Annihilation Force charges a unit that has
Gone to Ground as a result of the Suppressive Fire? special rule, that
Assault Squad can re-roll failted to hit and to wound rolls in the ensuing
assault phase.
