At last we have some leaked images for the Age of Sigmar that show us some models from what looks like the starter set (reading through some of the text). We can see both forces in the pictures, Chaos and the Mortal Realms.
These are being posted everywhere, and I believe they originate from Facebook, but I can't open those facebook pages atm. Here is where you can see both pics without any issue.... Garagehammer may have been the original source.
