Dreadfleet, and New Tools hit the Shelves

Today Dreadfleet hits the shelves, and stores all over will have it on hand. Personally I think the game is beautifully done, and the rules seem very high quality. I am a big fan of board games though, so I may be a little biased. I just wish these were not limited runs. Trying to buy a house and Dreadfleet's arrival =bad timing.

Also being released are tools for working with resin miniatures. These Will help the hobbyist with not only Citadel Finecast products, but the products you get from Forgeworld. The liquid green stuff is one that immediately catches my eye.

Dreadfleet
Dreadfleet is a boxed game for two (or more) players that includes everything you need to make war on the turbulent seas of the Warhammer world. At your command are two fleets of ships - the Dreadfleet led by the Vampire Count Noctilus, aboard his gargantuan sea-hulk the Bloody Reaver; and the Grand Alliance commanded by the Pirate Captain Jaego Roth, who recently stole the Heldenhammer - the pride of the Imperial Fleet, and one of the largest galleons to ever sail the high seas.

Citadel Emery Boards

Citadel Emery Boards have a very fine grain, so they're perfect for cleaning up plastic and resin miniatures without damaging the exquisite detail. They're especially useful when you need to create a clean, strong bond between two components.

Liquid Green Stuff

Liquid Green Stuff is the ideal tool for filling in small gaps on a miniature. Because it is water soluble you can use a normal Citadel Paint Brush to apply it (just make sure you wash the brush afterwards). The Liquid Green Stuff will then set in place, filling the gap neatly and efficiently.

Citadel Clean-Up Kit

Before you assemble and paint your miniatures it's important to clean off any mould lines and flash (excess resin from the casting process). The Flash Brush will help you remove excess resin from the miniature without damaging the fine detail. The Mouldline Scraping Tool is similarly useful and allows you to clean the mouldlines off your miniatures safely and easily.
