August has been occupied with a Necron force, the Xeno’s half of the Indominus box set. A bit of experimentation, using a blend of runelord brass, canotek alloy, cyptex wash and blending with contrast paints. Very happy with how they turned out.

The August release for Bestarium's Desert of Giant Skulls is getting a Kitbash set to its download for August. (its already there as of now). This gives you all the components you need to do some kitbashing and create a better faction out of the miniatures and to possibly create something on your own.

The new Kings of War Halflings are amazing miniatures and a fun army on the table. When I saw the Iron Beast I knew I wanted to paint one of them. It's full of detail and character without being overwhelming. Painting it was an absolute joy. Anvil Digital Forge for this month has an excellent miniature that comes in just about every flavor. Well maybe not with tracks but it has a ton of variants that you can choose from to create the vehicle that you want.

More renegade templars.I've sent in the terminator daemon prince and lord before, but they've now got a couple squads of troops.Made from same starter set as the lord, plus 5 old shrimpy marines.Really painted to a 'table top standard' more than anything really note worthy but I do enjoy the converting!Also, my lighting is super warm, they're not quite so yellow in person..
