You asked for Contrast pictures. My FLGS gave customers the chance to experiment with 6 different Contrast colors on a primed Space Marine. I really like the way the colors work, especially the yellow. I will definately pick some up for basecoating and try some new vibrant color schemes. For details regular colors are better, because they allow me to cover up mistakes.

I had heard the talk of this.... had been discussing it months ago behind the scenes, but never imagined I would love the paint job on these guys so much. And this is just a PREVIEW!!!!! Here's another small submission  to keep the miniature juices flowing: a couple of new inductees to the Legion, featuring a retooled DV Champ that will be used as a Dark Apostle, and a Jump sorcerer I threw together after some bit scavenging... I just had to use that old school metal Biker head.

Now these were a bit of a quandry, as you can only really build a legal Deathwing squad from the Space marine Heroes Series 2 boxset, but I didn't really want to do that, so I figured it might be fun to use them to try some alternate chapter paint jobs that I'd liked the look of. In no particualr order here we have a Celestial Lion, Storm Warden, Novamarine, Mantis Warrior, Mentor and a Panther..... Sweet jeebus why did I pick FOUR schemes that feature white/grey plus another colour....

These are now on my to order list! Simply right up my alley and as always with Raging Heroes, super dynamic poses. These will be able to go into many different games including the Age of Sigmar, but even more importantly for me, the Genesys Project.

So got a bit on the go at the moment. Main 40k build project is for my long overdue for a refresh Raptors - in addition to stripping down and reworking the standard Astartes, I've picked up a Forge World Legion Vigilator to become Chapter Master llas Issodon, tweaked the HH Chaplain to look a little more 40k, and been building up a Primaris Brigade using Shadowspear, Conquest and odd bits I've been picking up....
