This terminator Sargent was acquired back in 2006 (I think) by my brother as part of the old assault on Black reach box set. It was one of the first models he painted. I decided to try to give it an updated paint job. The photos I included are it’s before and after pictures.Hope you all like it.

Next Weekend Pre-Orders: Necromunda, Stormcast, and Nighthaunts

Necromunda and the Age of Sigmar fill in next week's releases. I know we are waiting on edge for Orks and Spacewolves, but it appears patience is all we have at the moment. In the meantime though, the Cawdor for Necromunda look excellent as does the new Nighthaunt pre-orders coming next week.

Final Goals of the Ogres Kickstarter about to be Revealed

With just over a 30 hours left the Ogres Kickstarter from Atlantis Miniatures is about to end and reveal its final goals. The Ogre Witch/Hag and the Ogre Queen are just a hop skip and a jump from being revealed reaching the final goals of the Kickstarter. I love the miniatures from Atlantis, with all the detail and ease of putting their miniatures together and painting. (I have lots of the Dwarves already painted up for Genesys)

Sector Imperalis... Tips, Tricks, etc.

If your like me the new terrain Sector Imperalis looks amazing and there is no doubt I would want it for my tables. However, there is always a big trade off between miniatures and buying terrain. Just how far up on my list of hobby priorities is this new terrain? Im not certain myself, so any additional information is always a big bonus.

Primaris Bikers.... Apparently Not. Something Else Coming.

A close source has confirmed that the Primaris Bikers are just not coming. So no Primaris Jetbikes..... The rumors yesterday found on B&C are not accurate, so here is what were told.

Still vague on what is coming, but it does seem that with both Space Wolves and Orks coming soon, that we might just be getting something additional coming for Primaris Space Marines. Any guesses on what it might be... Just let us know in the comments.

I wanted to do Mortarion a little differently.  I just didn't like the way the corruption looked leaking out of the model everywhere & hated the moth wings.  I just wanted a bad ass daemon primarch.  It was one of the more difficult models I've painted & I had one hell of a time figuring out what colors to use. The wings are quite a bit heavier than the moth wings, so basing it was a pain as well.  I don't think I've ever been so happy to finally finish a model.  Bring on Kaldor Draigo for a rematch.  Death to the False Emperor!

I thought you might be interested in this.  I have just finished building a modular gaming board that fits on our dining table. It’s in 3 pieces and is designed to provide a 6’x4’ or 4’x4’ playing surface.  I designed it myself and built in a ‘shelf’ at each end for drinks, dice, tape measures  models etc.

Presence of Faeit: What We Would Not Give for an exciting 40k Release

I know Warhammer 40k is not the focus right now coming out of Games Workshop, its Kill Team and Age of Sigmar soon to be followed by Adeptus Titanicus. It does seem that the creativity of the GW design team has been so focused on the Age of Sigmar and the release of other games that we have been lacking any real design into put into Warhammer 40k.

Please remember that Presence of Faeit articles are editorials full of opinion and the occasional thought. Its just been awhile since Ive done one.
